Nathalie grew up in Princeton, New Jersey where she pursued an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology. For her senior thesis, she studied how mosquito strains evolved to respond to human odor. Prior to starting her PhD, she spent a year at .NeuroRestore working to understand the neural circuits underlying freezing of gait in Parkinson’s Disease. She joined the Wang Lab in 2026, where she continues to study sensorimotor pathways involved in proprioception and body awareness. In her free time, Nathalie is a Graduate Residential Advisor at MIT and board member of the Outing Club. She is also a member of the Triathlon Club and can often be found outside running, swimming, or biking with friends.
