Eva Lendaro grew up in Italy. After getting her BSc in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano she moved to Sweden where she continued her education in Biomedical Engineering during her MSc and PhD. During her PhD, Eva’s research focused on investigating new ways of treating phantom limb pain. In August 2022, she joined the Wang Lab with the objective of investigating the neural circuits underlying chronic neuropathic pain after denervation and in particular she aims at developing a mouse model for phantom pain.
