Emma Odom
Emma is from Dallas, Texas. She earned her bachelors in Neuroscience and Chemistry at Boston University where she completed an honors thesis on the changing cellular representation of memory under supervision of Dr. Steve Ramirez. In the Wang lab, Emma studies the integration of thermal and mechanical pain from the peripheral to central nervous system. She is also interested in motor control and reference frame transformation as a ballet dancer of more than 20 years!
